A nine month Positive Youth Leadership Development Program. Five educational clusters that will promote inclusive ethics/values, communication skills and public speaking, SMART goal attainment/ problem solving, understanding teamwork with group dynamics. The program provides a variety of cultural experiences, professional speakers, hands on activities and volunteer opportunities.
Individuals are more successful when they feel that they can use their unique strengths and skills everyday. The principles will take you on a journey through understanding the importance of inclusive behavior, while practicing and incorporating techniques that can be used within your personal life, workplace, educational institution or even in a neighborhood grocery store.
